Desilusión y esperanza / Disspointment and hope

Como vieron en mi flickr, estuve haciendo unos dibujitos muy apasionadamente.
As you saw already on my flickr, I have been passionately doodling.


El proyecto es... hacer unos calendarios 2010 para vender como regalos para las fiestas. Incluso armé todas las hojas con diseños a mano, todas las fotos, todo. Y me encantan.
Pero la realidad fue que cuando fui a imprimirlos, hubo diversos problemas y surgió que los costos no daban para hacerlos y venderlos, salvo que hiciera unos cincuenta. Así que seguí averiguando e investigando hasta encontrar la forma de imprimirlos (con un costo razonable y una muy buena calidad). Pareciera que la encontré.
Si todo sale bien, la semana que viene estarán listos, y los pondré a la venta en unos diez días, después de volver de un viajecito que tenemos en puerta.
También decidí hacer unos juegos de postales con algunas de mis fotos. Y espero poder hacerlas a tiempo para ofrecérselas antes de las fiestas (crucemos los dedos).
Ahora los dejo con las imágenes de las bebidas del día de hoy, lluvia, lluvia y más lluvia.
The project was... to make a few calendars 2010 to sell out as holiday gifts. I even set up all the pages with handmade designs, all the pictures, all of it. And I love them.
But reality was that when I went to print them, several problems came up and it appeared that the cost was too high to make them and sell them, unless I made about fifty of them. So I kept searching and researching until I found the way to print them (with a reasonable cost and a very good quality). I seem to have found it.
If everything goes well, next week they will be ready, and I will put them on sale in about ten days, after I come back from a little trip that we have ahead.
I also decided to make a few postcard sets with some of my photos. And I hope that I can make them in time to offer them to you before the holidays (let's keep our fingers crossed).

Ahora tenemos en casa la más adorable, colorida, suave, cálida y adorada manta de crochet con ondas. ¡Justo a tiempo para el verano! (Ironía hecha a mano.)
We now have at home the most lovely, colorful, soft, warm, and beloved waves crochet blanket.

Los que me conocen o siguen mi blog o mis fotos en flickr, ya la han visto en proceso en diversas ocasiones. Y por lo tanto pueden darse cuenta de que la empecé hace ¡casi un año y medio! Pero fue una de esas cosas que están en una canasta al costado del sillón, y se toman y retoman cada tanto.
Bueno... ya está.
Those who know me or follow my blog or my flickrstream, already saw this in progress in several occasions. And therefor you can tell that I started it... almost one year and a half ago!
But it was one of those projects that lie inside a basket by the side of the sofa, and are taken and re-taken every once in a while.
Well... there it is.

Una poesía / A poem

Esta película.
This movie.

Llega a mí en un momento especial de sensibilidad y cambios. Pero más allá de eso, es una poesía. Visual y narrativamente. Una verdadera hermosura y una historia simple y excelentemente contada.
Y el realismo y la humanidad de los sentimientos que muestra...
Hay algunas escenas que me parecieron sencillamente perfectas.
Si pueden, véanla.
It comes to me in a special moment of sensitivity and changes. But beyond that, it is a poem. Visualy and narratively. A real beauty and an outstandingly told and simple story.
And the truthfulness and humane aspect of the feelings showed...
There are a few scenes that I found simply perfect.

Lo que hago / What I do

...para cuidar mi salud.
...to take care of my health.
Algunas cosas diarias, de a poco, evolución lenta, encaminada. Ya llegará el ejercicio, ya llegará el dinero para la consulta continuada con la osteópata para mejorar el dolor de espalda y poder ejercitarme nuevamente (aeróbico, yoga, etc.)
Some daily things, bit by bit, slow evolution, on its way. Exercise will come in time, money will come for the continuous consults with the osteopath so I can improve regarding my back pain and be able to exercise again (aerobics, yoga, etc.).
Por ahora, estas cosas amenizan mi día en el aspecto sanitario:

♥ Hacer mis ejercicios de estiramiento EN la cama, apenas abro los ojos, y después afuera de la cama también. / Make my stretching excersices while IN bed, as soon as I open my eyes, and then outside the bed too.
♥ No tragar las toxinas de la noche, escupir varias veces y lavarme bien la boca antes que nada al despertarme. / Not swallow the toxines of the night, spit several times and wash my mouth thoroughly before anything when I wake up.
♥ Tomar un vaso de agua en el baño, antes de vestirme. / Drink a glass of water in the bathroom, even before I get dressed.
♥ Tomar mi remedio homeopático. / Take my homeopathic remedy.
♥ Tomar mi dosis diaria de jalea real, principalmente para tener más energía. / Take my daily dose of royal jelly, mostly for energy.
♥ Comer una nuez, dos pasas de uva y una almendra (así no me desmayo de hambre mientras llevo a Zoe al jardín). / Have a nut, two raisins and one almond (so I don't faint from hunger on my way to drop Zoe to kinder).
♥ Tomar tres litros de agua por día (y sí... hacer pis ¡cada media hora! Esto es buenísimo para la salud). / Drink three liters of water during the day (and yes... peeing every half hour too! This is so good for your health).
♥ Estirarme varias veces al día. / Stretch many times a a day.
♥ Cambiar de punto de vista varias veces (lejos-cerca). / Change my point of view several times (far-close).
♥ Comer sano (sin azúcar, la menor cantidad de grasa posible, no harina blanca, un montón de vitaminas, ingredientes bien combinados, todos los nutrientes, etc.). / Eat healthy (no sugar, the least fat I can take, no white flour, a lot of vitamins, well combined ingredients, all of the nutrients, etc.)
♥ Y por supuesto, ¡ser lo más feliz posible! / And of course, be as happy as I can!
